Etsy Mini hates me AND A TEAM BLOG!

Well, I absolutely cannot see any HTML anyone sends me to add their Etsy Mini, because every site or email seems to try to turn the code into the image.

The good news is that this gave me the motivation to figure out how to turn this into a team blog. So easy! I invited team members whose email addresses were handy to become "Authors" but if you didn't get an invite in your inbox, let me know and I'll add you. Blogging is for everyone! (Click "Design ---> Add Gadget ---> HTML" and copy your Mini code into that box to add your mini to the site.)

  1. my dashboard doesn't give me an option to 'design' the blog...and it won't let me leave it in a comment, so I'm not sure how to add it!

  2. The wonderfully tech savvy Stacey at FreshStitches has solved the problem. You *can* leave the part of the HTML code I need in a comment. It will look like this: new EtsyNameSpace.Mini(6326374, 'shop','thumbnail',4,1).renderIframe()

Except that's Stacey's. So you'll want to create your mini and then just copy that little part of code in the middle/near the end. It will be right after "javascript>" and right before ";<". Let me know if this doesn't make sense and I'll try to explain more clearly. xoxo
